In the near future, the Antichrist Michael Langdon (Cody Fern) brings about the apocalypse by instigating nuclear warfare
Wealthy heiress Coco St. Pierre Vanderbilt (Leslie Grossman) is flown to a remote bunker to escape the devastation
Traveling with her are her personal assistant Mallory (Billie Lourd), hairstylist Mr. Gallant (Evan Peters) and Gallant's grandmother Evie (Joan Collins)
At the bunker, known as "Outpost 3", the group encounter several other survivors. These include talk-show host Dinah Stevens (Adina Porter)
And young adults Timothy Campbell (Kyle Allen) and Emily (Ash Santos), both of whom were selected to survive at the bunker due to their special DNA
"Outpost 3" is run with an iron fist by Wilhemina Venable (Sarah Paulson), Miriam Mead (Kathy Bates) and their lackey, 'The Fist' (Amazon Eve)
Flashbacks to three years before the apocalypse reveal that "Outpost 3" was an all-boys warlock school led by John Henry Moore (Cheyenne Jackson) that unknowingly harbored the Antichrist
Upon his enrolement, the warlocks quickly realise his power, and began to suspect that he will become the first ever male Supreme
The witches' council, consisting of Cordelia Goode (Paulson), Zoe Benson (Taissa Farmiga) and resurrected Myrtle Snow (Frances Conroy), are summoned to administer the test of the seven wonders
To prove his power, Michael resurrects deceased witches Queenie (Gabourey Sidibe) and Madison Montgomery (Emma Roberts)
With help from Michael's family, including his grandmother Constance Langdon (Jessica Lange), the coven attempt to thwart Michael's evil plans by discovering Mallory's intense powers and prevent the apocalypse
